For staff printer
If there is no printer paper in a staff print room please go to the FIPRAS office (Room G08) to get some more.It is School policy to not engage a staff member to fill the printers with more paper. It is expected that students and academics who use each printer will get new paper from FIPRAS when it is needed.
For student printers
Student printers are monitored by cse staff, this means papers and toner are refilled when they are low. However if these printers are found out of action due paper jam, out of paper, etc then please do not hesitate to contact cse helpdesk helpdesk@cse.unsw.edu.au or phone ext 55438 (or 02 938 55438).Student printers can be found around cse general purpose labs and inside Chil/Oud/Banjo labs.
